			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the movie <em>Street Fighter: The Legend of Chunli</em>, Chunli&#8217;s mother is dying in her bed and the TV is on. A news anchor&#8217;s voice can be heard in the background announcing bad news of gang crimes in English. Yet as the setting is in Hong Kong, a TV screen (a huge LCD screen) is shown with Chinese characters. <p>Sometimes we laugh at the English written on Chinese products which serves as decorations only. Now I noticed that Chinese is often used that way too in movies and tattoos. In this picture, the second character “里” is upside down.</p>
